What counts as one task?
Every time you press the process button counts as one task — one merge, one compress, one conversion. The free plan allows 5 tasks per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Pro gives you 500; Business is unlimited.
What does 'files per operation' mean?
It's how many files you can feed into a single operation. Merge 25 PDFs into one = 1 task using 25 files. On standard tools like Merge or Organize, Free allows up to 25 files, Pro 100 and Business unlimited. Resource-heavy conversions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OCR) are capped at 2 files on Free, 10 on Pro and 25 on Business.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard with one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. No questions asked.
What happens to my files after processing?
Files are deleted automatically after your plan's retention window: 1 hour on Free, 24 hours on Pro, 72 hours on Business. We never read, analyse, or sell your documents.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time — takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work in compatible browsers.
